Customer Service Dispatch
Transmark Logistics, a leading Pacific Northwest Cartage Company is looking for a Full-Time, Customer Service Representative to work in our Dispatch Department.
We are seeking to add a responsible, energetic person with strong customer service skills to join our team. Customer service is at the heart of our core values, it's what drives us in all that we do.

What you'll be doing:
Contacting customers to schedule delivery appointments
Accurately collecting required information from customers
Call customers to inform them of shipment status
Update customer database when jobs are completed
Answer incoming calls
High Volume Phones
The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Dispatch experience with a freight co preferred, but not required
